PRIVATE SESSIONS

At Movement Bottega, we are constantly integrating cutting-edge studies in fitness and holistic movement into our programming. Each session is thoughtfully designed and personalized to guide you to move with integrity and feel confident in your body. The work integrates Pilates, alternative movement modalities, and science-based studies on the body to curate a program that addresses you and your body’s needs. You will work the entire body to improve mobility by addressing fascial lines, increase strength and improve your body’s vitality by working your body as an entire system. Our approach is to address the body as a whole, not in parts. By working the body as a whole, you will not only feel more energized, but you will also have better balance and awareness of your own body, improve mental clarity, alleviate tension, and more.


WHAT TO EXPECT

  • All Sessions are 45-50 minutes long.

  • All sessions are documented to record your progress and to stay on track of achieving your goals.

  • Upon request, monthly or quarterly gait assessments and reviews are available to document your growth and see the progress you have made.

  • All sessions are by appointment only.

  • Exclusive use of the studio & additional privacy is available upon request.
