Our team of instructors have extensive training in Pilates and Movement and have well over 12 years of experience teaching. Movement Bottega is a haven for intuitive and intelligent movement encompassing cutting-edge studies in fitness and holistic movement. In Italian, ‘Bottega,’ means artisans workshop or studio where one works on their craft.
